Financing Locally-Led Climate Action (FLLoCA) is a 5 years Government of Kenya program jointly supported by the Government of Kenya, World Bank and other Donors aimed at delivering locally-led climate resilience actions and strengthening county and national governments’ capacity to manage climate risk.

The Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) was created in order to: resolve any emerging environmental and social grievances in project areas; address community grievances and concerns regarding the FLLoCA Program; ensure transparency and accountability throughout the implementation of projects and programs among the relevant stakeholders, including project beneficiaries; and foster positive relationships between the project executors, beneficiaries, and implementers.
